What information makes a hygiene product enquiry useful?
You can enquire while decisions are still open. Tell us what is known and which questions need an answer. Distinguish an early product-selection discussion from a quotation request or feedback on a particular sample.
If you are choosing a product
Name the product family and intended sales channel. Explain whether you need a tape diaper, pull-on pants, pad, underpad or wipes, and describe the size coverage. Link to a catalogue model as a starting point, rather than guessing an exact specification.
If you need a quotation
List the model, sizes or variants and planned quantity for each. Include the known materials, core or lotion requirements, pack count, artwork needs and destination market. Mark unconfirmed details clearly so the proposal can identify what is included and what still needs a decision.
If you are reviewing a sample or order
Include the sample or order reference, product, size and version. Describe the particular observation or question, along with relevant measurements, assessment conditions or photographs. This is more useful than a general request to make the product better, because it identifies the detail to review.
Can I enquire without finished packaging artwork?
Yes. Describe the intended brand pack, pieces per pack and any label-language requirements you already know. State that artwork is still in development. Product construction and packaging decisions can then be identified separately in the discussion rather than treated as fully approved.
How should I describe a reference product?
Provide its format, dimensions and the construction details you want to compare. Explain which elements must match and which can change. A reference photograph can help identify the format, but it does not by itself define the core, lotion or material composition.
