Baby wipes

Baby wipes for private label packs, available with or without a lid. Discuss the wipe material, lotion, sheet dimensions and pack format before approving the product.

What defines a private label baby wipe specification?

A baby wipe combines sheet material, lotion and packaging. Review all three before choosing the branded pack. The catalogue offers with-lid and without-lid formats; discuss the selected material and formula rather than assuming one specification covers every enquiry.

Specify the sheet you want to compare

Request substrate composition, sheet dimensions and material weight. Review the feel and handling of the pre-moistened sample rather than relying on a pack photograph. Keep sheet count separate from sheet size so quotations describe comparable quantities of material.

Review the lotion as product information

Include the formula requirements and ingredient information needed for your market. Ask which supporting records apply to the product. A soft sheet or baby-care label does not establish a skin-suitability claim, fragrance status or ingredient profile without the corresponding specification and evidence.

Evaluate the closure with the filled pack

Compare the lid or resealable opening, sheet dispensing and pack configuration on the sample. Record the closure type, sheets per pack, artwork and carton arrangement. If a material or environmental claim is planned, review its scope separately from the appearance or convenience of the closure.

Does a biodegradable-material option mean the whole pack is biodegradable?

No. Confirm the exact material, applicable conditions and supporting evidence for the proposed claim. The wipe substrate, lotion, closure and outer packaging are different parts of the product. Do not extend a material option to the whole pack or assume it means flushable.

Can a lid choice replace a lotion specification?

No. The lid is a packaging detail. Identify the formula and substrate independently, then review how the finished pack dispenses and reseals. Confirm the combination covered by the approved sample rather than assuming all pack formats contain the same wipe.
